Two young boys take th... read more A regular customer who is regularly let down when receiving the wrong order. I don't live close so unabld to return order when not right. Two young boys take the orders. They are more interested in their phones than customer service. To night I got prawn and mushroom and BBS instead of beef. A few weeks ago my order was wrong as well. Disappointing that no one can check orders before they are sent out. I like the food but regular errors make me wonder if it's worth it.

Arrive... read more Never in my years have ever received the customer service so bad as I did from this place. Rang to order 1 hour 35 minutes before I wanted to pick it up. Arrived to pick it up and it still wasn't ready even tho I was a few minutes after the time I ordered it for. Had to stand and wait for it. It finally was ready 25 minutes after the time I requested it for. After asking where it was and said I had ordered it for a certain time. The man in the shop was so cheeky when it was finally ready. If this is the way they want to treat there customers well I won't be back again for bad food that wasn't even the right stuff that was ordered.

We've been living in Broughshane for three year... read more I just had another fantastic meal from Hot Cha Chinese in Broughshane, and, as always, the food was exceptional. We've been living in Broughshane for three years and usually enjoy Chinese takeout about three to four times a month. We've consistently been very satisfied with the quality of the food.
