My wife and I are often visitors of apple green in ballymena on our frequent travel to the north coast. we'll call a coffee or a tee and a little Greggs counter. today we called today as usual to be served by anna and her colleague at Greggs counter and have hired our purchase to enjoy our snack. Unfortunately, due to my clumsy, I managed to spill my hot tee over my legs, which makes a bit chaos in this process. without anna and her colleague prompted to take up the now cooling tee on my jeans with a fresh cup of tea and paper towels. two more young ladies came from the other coffee counter and cleared the chaos around the floor. we are very impressed by the actions of the staff and I would give anna a special mention, which apart from always pleasant, showed great care for my well-being, a credit to greggs and apple green. Thank you, ladys.
Slightly smaller than the one on the other side of the road, but had everything I needed
No large apple green compared to others. it was pretty busy, but tables etc. in the dining area needed cleaning. was not impressed by toilets either as they grubby and needed cleaning as well.maybe I caught them only on an animated period.
Disgusting Toilets in this day and age with COVID-19 I'm going to ring public health on Monday morning. I See this isn't the first bad reviews about Toilets.
Visited yesterday afternoon to use the toilets, was disgusted by the state of the loos, bad smell, floor flooded, soap dispenser hanging open and unuseable, taps and basins in a poor state. Absolute disgrace for a facility that is not that old.
