Every course was so beautifully presented and thoughtful. There were some creative combinations which were incredibly delicious and we’ve never seen them anywhere else. Plus the team work so well together and are so knowledgeable it made the experience really pleasant, thank you!
A wonderful experience with friends. The quality and finesse of the dishes were remarkable. Cooking and flavors were perfectly executed. The wine pairing was excellent value. The dessert was outstanding, as was the mushroom and langoustine appetizer.
The tasting menu was phenomenal. Every course was great, and several courses — a preserved strawberry sorbet with a pepper foam palate cleanser; a langoustine and caviar bite; an incredible rice pudding with rosemary sherbet dessert—were amongst the best dishes I’ve been served anywhere in Ireland. Service was warm and superb, and the space is cosy and charming. Very worth a journey to try it, the best and most interesting meal I’ve been served in Ireland in years.
Incredible experience; delicious food; knowledge, friendly, contentious staff. Wine pairing was excellent, as was the juice pairing! Will 100% be back.
