Charro - Ballwin

First time at this neighborhood restaurant. The food is good and served hot! I ordered carryout, but it was still piping hot when I got home. The staff was nice. I'll definitely return soon. The tamales are great!

Order accuracy has been terrible every time. Do not order online. Portions get smaller and smaller I am left still hungry. Expect them to forget items in your order and give you 3 shreds of lettuce for 3 tacos. They consistently forget the sauce that comes with the fish tacos, beans, etc. Also, if we order guacamole, cheese dip, and several entrees, they should give you more than half a bag of chips. So done with this place.

Charro is a favorite of ours, but lately the portions have been consistently small, and yet the prices remain the same. There is hardly any rice on the entree plates.

Wow, gotta say I was quite in shock of the wonderful taste here, i figured it would be just a little restaurant that i'd forget about however I was in shock regarding the wonderful service and cuisine, reminds me of my grandmothers, Qué Un restaurante maravilloso!

This was our first time here. The restaurant appeared clean and service was fine. The prices seemed a bit high, and the portions were smaller than I've ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. Rice and beans were less than 3 bites of each. My husband's food looked like it could have been served on a dessert plate there was so much room left.
