Have eaten at least 4 times there. Food is great! You are very accommodating whether you have a party of three or have a group of ten. People are friendly. I had spaghetti Bolognese, eggplant parmigiana and blond chicken parmigiana. All were delicious! My daughter ordered a calzone bigger than a plate. She said it was miraculous. All in all, I think pizza time deserves the 5 star rating. View all feedback.

the instructors who seem to be high school students were happy enough, but not to pay attention to the detail and were not trained in correct customer service methods. chewing gum during an order and not to hear what is said is very rude and not to say many thanks, please come back again means that I was not appreciated as a customer and I will not come back! Great pizza and garlic knots. try the fried dough, absolutely delicious! They always deliver within their time frame!
Excellent place, garlic bread was so good, we ended up taking home most of our dinner. As expected, they also have great pizza bread. How do i know....my very picky 4 year old loves their bread and pizza(she doesn't like to eat bread/most pizza place)...enough said.
A nice place to get Italian food not just Pizza. Friendly and attentive staff.
My bro, his wife and I decided on having Italian for early dinner. Nothing fancy, low keyed but flavorful. Pizza Time did it for us. It was relatively full post July 4 and Isabelle and her colleague were very busy at the dining area. Service took time, understandably but the food and dining experience did not disappoint. Isabelle was very pleasant and courteous. More dishes to try when I return to Ballston Spa!Veal piccata, baked ziti and veal parmesan photographed below.
Not only are their items better than the other Pizza Time on Maple Ave. (let alone having a different owner and not affiliated with them), but they have an extended menu of homemade, delicious, and entrée-style items. Family-run, friendly staff, and the chef is amazing! In times when customer service feels like it is ceasing to exist, Mr. Biscossi, his family, and staff have proven people still care not just about the customer, but also quality, and consistency of service and food. Portions are huge, and prices are 100% fair. They have an eat-in restaurant and high restaurant-quality food that will surprise you, since Pizza is in the store name. The only place I can depend on to make a meal that has the same quality if not better, than when I cook at home myself. Biscossi 's has everything I have been missing when it comes to the all-around dining (or ordering) experience!
