Iron Roost - Ballston Spa

We had breakfast here when we traveled through the opposite and loved this place. the staff was helpful and friendly. the restaurant had a great feeling, very comfortable and casual. the “Building your own” with vegan waffle battery with vegan kakaomousse, bananen and revitalized mangle was phenomenal. we also enjoyed a few vegan bakery items to go. I went there today with my friend to try her vegan waffeln. I have the sweet hazel and he got very berry (minus the whipped cream). they must tell them vegan so they use their vegan teig. we both beat the wails. they get 5 stars. my buddy said they're the best he ever had. I would highly recommend to go on the basis of food. the 4 star review is only original for a few negative. 1) I couldn't get hot chocolate though they've got ditched and mandible milk because the chocolate syrup they use isn't vegan. in the rule it is the added milk milk milk that does not make it vegan. it is so easy to make with just kakao powder that there is really no excuse not to offer vegan hot chocolate, as they do not-daire milk and care enough to have vegan waffels. I got an ice cream. 2) they did not automatically offer sirup for the waffles and when I asked, they said that they have the sugar for free or maple syrup for $1.50, which seems expensive for a small amount to pour. Moreover, they should explain these options if they take their order and ask if they want sirup. I decided to try mine first before I decide to pay for maple syrup, and it was tasteful enough of the mousse I decided against. my bf also found his tasty without it, but they should still offer it to them. 3) we sat outside, although it was a hot day, because it is a small space inside and felt more comfortable due to the COVID-19 situation. the civic ascent, where we took a table near the window of the restaurant, was very uneven, to fall the table to unevenness and dinge on it. they should keep the road upright, or put something under the table to help themselves.

That was my first time here and I loved it absolutely! it is very sweet, the prices are not bad, very friendly staff. the berries were excellent as well as the seasoned farmed. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, although it was a bit loud. if the weather wasn't so hot today, I would have eaten outside. the vegan selection was decent, hopefully they will offer more in the future. that was not too long, we used yass to get into before the time.

I've gone here since I was omni and I've always loved the vibe, it's definitiv something that is not used everyone so that it can get used a little. they are very busy, so it is helpful to download the yelp app and get in line to save themselves a lot of waiting, but the options are fantastic! they have recently opened a sister store that offers two doors down, the on-the-go flower packaging, salad, energy bites and delicious drinks!

They definitely have options and try harder than others especially when it comes to breakfast. That being said I wasn’t impressed with the waffles or the flavors. Also waited over an hour to eat here, make sure to use the app well in advance before you get there so you aren’t waiting around forever.
