Hemmingodden offers an experience for all ages, the rooms have the best views in Lofoten Island and are cozy and beautiful clean. I highly recommend this place!

The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep and have no rail so not for the feeble Restaurant had very nice food, great sauna where you cool off with an ocean swim (sauna has an extra charge). Friendly staff and good service.

It was not our top pick but the other one was closed so we ended up here and were pleasantly surprised. Don’t be fooled by other reviews. Prices are normal for a Norwegian restaurant, food is delicious, and portions are large anough. We had a smoked whale as a starter and a catch of the day as the main dish. Parking: You can even charge an electric car here since they have a few Charge365 chargers. But their app was not working when we were trying to use the charger.

My family visited this cozy place just two da... read more HEIM, which means "home" in Norwegian, made me feel just like that as soon as I stepped into their new restaurant. My family visited this cozy place just two days after it opened, and we were impressed by the delicious food and excellent service that brought back memories of childhood. I can't wait to return after the temporary closure due to unforeseen circumstances, and I am excited to experience the rebirth of HEIM once again.
