I absolutely adore the Motor Grill! I have been a loyal customer for 25 years, and the recent upgrade is fantastic. The food is still delicious, the staff is still friendly, and they still offer complimentary tea refills. View all feedback.
What Alison doesn't like about Ballinluig Services:
Used to visit regularly but it's had a makeover. We were not impressed. The service was not personal as before. You get a table , decide what you want then go up to order. Obviously less staff now needed. Prices are higher than before . I am aware of costs going up but it's lost something as well which I can't identify. We won't be back. Sorry Ballinluig. Always stop here on my way south. Food has gone downhill in recent years so I just tend to stop for coffee and toilet breaks
A welcome stop in the middle of nowhere with adjacent friendly diner
Fair prices on diesel clean and tidy friendly staff
Used with company fuel card, plenty of space for lorry and lady at till friendly and helpful
The staff was friendly and welcoming, going as far as to accommodate us with an outside table so that we could dine with our dog. The breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling along the A9 in Scotland.
