There's no need to leave town for barbecue when you have B-Town right here in Ballinger. It's simply the best! I just ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, too. We'll definitely be returning!
My family all LOVE this place. I got the Rib plate. The ribs were really nice but the beans and potatoe salad tasted weird to me but whatever! Overall great experience. Although there were 5 orders totaling ~45$ so on average 9$ per order. I forgot to take pictures before eating but it looked yummy!
This place is fantastic! On our way home from Texas to Colorado, we spotted it right off the road and decided to stop in. My husband and I both tried the pulled pork sandwich, and it was hands down the best pulled pork we’ve ever tasted. It's definitely a must-try! I can't wait to come back the next time we're down this way.
