This place is fantastic! On our way home from Texas to Colorado, we spotted it right off the road and decided to stop in. My husband and I both tried the pulled pork sandwich, and it was hands down the best pulled pork we’ve ever tasted. It's definitely a must-try! I can't wait to come back the next time we're down this way.
There's no need to leave town for barbecue when you have B-Town right here in Ballinger. It's simply the best! I just ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, too. We'll definitely be returning!
This place blew away every restaurant we tried in the big city! Neat atmosphere, super friendly folks food was incredible! A must try- definitely will come back!

Friendly, courteous staff. Ordered the Rowena sandwhich with potatoe salad. Let me tell you, this is the sandwhich that I've wanted all my life. Foodies would love this sandwhich. As good as I've seen on Diner Drive ins and Dives. The potatoe salad was also great. Like my grandmother used to make with hard boiled eggs in it. This small place makes Ballinger Tx worth coming thru as a destination. And I'm lucky to live here.
