It’s a pleasant drive from San Angelo, and when you arrive at 11:00, the buffet is ready. The steaks are fantastic, but I’m particularly fond of the fried chicken. Definitely worth it! View all feedback.

I regret to say that on February 28, 2018, while visiting friends near Ballinger, we decided to try your restaurant for dinner based on their recommendation. Two of us ordered the KC steak dinner for two, but the meat we received was tough, gristly, and had an unpleasant, aged taste. When we inquired about the cut of meat, the waitress simply identified it as KC steak. Although the owner offered to cook us another round, by that point we had lost our appetite and just wanted to leave. No attempt was made to discount our meal or offer anything in compensation. Unfortunately, my friends have decided not to return. I would rate your restaurant a zero on all counts.

The staff here are very friendly, and surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday lunch. The buffet was well-stocked and prepared for guests. When it comes to kid-friendliness, buffets may not be the best option for young children. We dined in for lunch, and the price per person is in the range of $10–20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere another 5. I highly recommend trying the onion rings and salad bar!
