Beautiful, friendly staff, which supplied freshly cooked orders with just a short waiting period, we enjoyed the chicken roll specialties together with the loaded frits. always the most beautiful huh here.
Eventually, they acknowledged that our chips were still at the store and suggested we come back to pick them up. This lack of customer service was really disappointing; we didn't even receive an apology for their mistake. Our kids are still unhappy, and we felt embarrassed in front of our guests. Overall, we expected much more from them.
They should change the message on the Ballina Red Rooster site, on ordering delivery over the internet to we do not do this service anymore. Please use other. So I can not access my Red Rooster points if I use other ways to order methods.
The staff here are wonderful and welcoming, quickly bringing out freshly cooked orders with just a short wait. We particularly enjoyed the chicken roll specials and the loaded fries. This place always serves the most delicious chicken!
The food was excellent, and the staff member was polite, friendly, and easy to understand when taking our order. The service was quick and efficient. As we left, the attendant offered us a warm farewell with a smile.
