The best fish and chips in town! For just $8.90, you get five generous fish bites served with chips, and the fish is incredibly fresh. It's an excellent value for the money. Plus, they provide homemade tartar sauce for free. The staff is really friendly, too. Even with two of us, we couldn't finish all the bites!

We faced a tough choice between the New Zealand Hoki and the Australian Barramundi—such a classic dish that we decided to give the Kiwi option a try. And what a choice it was! "The best fish and chips I've had in Australia," declares Arline. I couldn't agree more, my friend. With a playful comment about her cameo on Zomato, she quips, "I'm a superstar!" Indeed, the panko-breaded fish, their best seller, is truly a star—soft, chunky, and bursting with flavor. The potato scallops are crispy and delicious, the tartare sauce is top-notch, and while the chips aren't extraordinary, they're cooked just right. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was prepared in record time. Fantastic experience overall!

We ordered the main platter for two and couldn't finish it all. The fish and chips were excellent—no complaints at all. The staff were friendly, and we took our meal down to the river to enjoy the sunset.

Diana. What a great spot in the main street of Ballina to partake in fish chips. Especially when the produce is freshly sourced from the waters of NZ the pacific. The fish was melt in the mouth good the chips crunchy on the outside, soft inside not swimming in oil. To add to that a super friendly management.
