what a pleasant surprise to find a so veg-friendly caffe in enniscrone! first, I wasn't sure if they could take my job on a vegan breakfast, but then they said they could. tracey himself (he is so friendly, came to my table to show me her separate vegetarian menu for my next visit (the one knows when this will be, but even so - very nice of her).
