Bridge House Cafe - Ballater

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and highly efficient. They serve the best pancakes I've ever tasted—I tried both the hearty and sweet options, and both were absolutely perfect. The veggie haggis was located upstairs, which was a nice touch. I was also pleased with their selection of non-dairy milk options. It's dog-friendly, which is fantastic since our little pup accompanies us everywhere. I would love to see more places like this!

This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The café features a typical layout, with plenty of tables arranged in a way that doesn't feel cramped. Next door, accessible from inside the café without needing to step outside, is a delightful shop filled with a great selection of products and lovely gift ideas to take home. Restrooms are conveniently located at the back of the shop. The servers were polite, quick, and well-presented.

This is a lovely café—spacious and bright, with a great menu that offers light bites for dogs at reasonable prices! It's such a clever idea, and our dog absolutely loved it. They also have a nice selection of cakes. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. The service is excellent too!

Beautiful caffe! prices are very reasonable! Nice and clean and eating was served quickly! beautiful little load next door! They make great cakes as well as eat and make a beautiful children's menu! They even brought out plastic cutlery for the children!

Perfect brunch with friendly service! Vegetarian haggis was great with the scotch bonnet ketchup! : the gift shop attached has lots of pretty trinkets! Dog friendly too!
