Great food...nice decor. can sit down or sit on the table...order the local indian dish of Alugobi and roti..the coffee is good! South Indian food not so good..

The restaurant is located inside the police gymkhana at Bellary. A newly started restaurant. Serves both south and north Indian cuisine. South Indian full meals in the lunch and North Indian food for dinner. Specialty of the hotel is - 'holige'(special sweet of mostly northern karnataka) is served for lunch. One can choose either jolada rotti, chapathi or holige or all and that too any quantity. Further rice, pappu, rasam, banana and ice cream are served and the mineral water for no charge. The taste is quite good. Service is required to improve. Ambiance is quite ok as it is located within the well maintained police gymkhana club. North Indian stuff served for dinner is quite average but not very bad. Price of full meals is not very high. Good value for money.

I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Punjabi cuisine. I tried the Daalmakhani and it was absolutely amazing. Additionally, the service was prompt and efficient.
