Highly unprofessional and they will put you in trouble at the last moment.They would cheat you at any cost. They would charge you extra money too. There is a third class bar Rickshaw pullers you will find on the roof top, I would not recommend to go with family.

When asked about not notifying us by 7 am, the manager mentioned an auto-check-in system, dismissing the need to inform customers. This feels like cheating. I advise against staying here due to the highly arrogant and unprofessional management. Service: 1

I am from pune and I hired a driver from Andhra. Since we could understand each other, the guys at reception were found making fun of us. I had breakfast in the morning. In my opinion, it was not the best quality. If I come to bellary again, for sure I won't prefer the Bala Residency Hotel.
