Fresh food prepared in front of you. Eaten at many Subways here and overseas. Generally they are comfortable, clean and safe to eat in. You can eat in or choose to take away. Good that you can pick the fillings to suit. I would like to give special mention of the lad who served me, his name is Liam. Welcoming, pleasant to talk to, loved the chat we had. View all feedback.

Subway is ok, but you can honestly make this type of fast food at home for a fraction of the cost. The service is always friendly and the product is always reliably the same as described. View all feedback.
I recently remembered why I stopped going to the drive-thru Subway in Ballarat. Every time I order a grilled wrap, the meat is always cold when I receive it. I don't mind waiting for my food, but the lack of hot food is frustrating. Next time, I will remember to go to the Wendouree store instead.
We waited in line while two drive thru tickets came in after we had already been waiting without any acknowledgement and then those two tickets were begun as we were left waiting. We then left. Poor service
This subway has to be the worst subway that I’ve been to. They are constantly out of everything, whether it’s the type of bread or cookies. Don’t even bother asking for a choc chip cookie at this subway, they only cook 5 in the morning and they’re sold out every single time I go in. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for reliable service.
Although it was busy lunchtime queue, there were ample staff to serve without any delays. 4 subway footlong lunches with exactly what we wanted on each, served with a friendly smile within five minutes
Went to Ballarat subway, pleasant young staff, quick service, fresh ingredients. nice change. was quite popular so obvious people are going back to it
