You can’t remove ingredients from your meal—even if you have allergies—due to kitchen policy. For example, if you’re lactose intolerant, you can’t ask to have the cheese left off. The staff seemed unsure about several things; they took our order and then came back to explain the policy, which was fine, but by then we’d already been waiting. It wasn’t busy, yet the wait for a burger was surprisingly long, and when our meal arrived, the fries were cold. When we asked to pay separately, the woman at the counter rolled her eyes and seemed quite annoyed. The only positive was that the staff were well dressed.
