Although the vegetarian menu is somewhat limited, the options they do have are excellent. I enjoyed the spring rolls, green curry with vegetables and tofu served with white rice, pad noodles with cashews, vegetable fried rice, raspberry lemonade, and a virgin mojito—all fresh, flavorful, and loaded with veggies. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making the meal both light and satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, despite the small size of the restaurant, making it a great choice for a casual dinner. For fresh, tasty Thai cuisine, Eatsy Thai is definitely worth a visit!
