What User doesn't like about Villa Del Carmen Resort:
Was there for a business retreat. The woman in the office was very nice and tried to be helpful, the staff working at the resort was lazy and rude. Except the guy who did laundry. Costumer service really needs to be fixed. Stay at your own risk. View all feedback.
Relaxing place, but with 2pools only, still a great place
Room rents and entrances are very affordable. Pools are big. Rooms are very clean. Very nature-y place. Perfect for a family getaway.
It's a more laid-back spot, and although it only has two pools, it's still a wonderful place to visit.
The security guard was so friendly! They were about to close, but we were able to negotiate, and it felt like we had rented out the entire private resort, lol. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I’ll definitely be back soon.
It's a charming spot, but it could use some maintenance. The customer turnout seems to be on the low side too.
