The staff is extremely friendly, and the food was great every time we visited during our four-day stay in Ballito. They even welcomed our Jack Russell in the outdoor area, which made things so much more convenient. Kudos to the management at Hops. Definitely a 5+ experience!

The next day, we returned for breakfast, and it was very good as well. The service was excellent, and the management was attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

They have the best view in town and the remodeling really promotes sea view seating. Unfortunately the service and food isn’t that great. My beer was a bit flat and the food was typical pub type food that tasted a bit oily and not too fresh. It’s a very “vibey” place and the live music was good. Will go back for the Vibe not the food.

Fantastic ocean view but the parking area gets filled up rather quickly as it serves two restaurants and a swimming beach so come early in peak season.
