After missing my bus connection upon disembarking from the ferry, I stumbled upon the Old World Bakery. The woman working there, Mariah (if I remember correctly), was extremely helpful and friendly. What Ford DuBuque doesn't like about Old World Bakery & Deli:
They carry muffins, sausage rolls, cookies, fancy pastries, coffee and sweets such as Nanaimo bars etc. Their prices are a little high but then they are the only place close that serves the baked goods View all feedback.
Breakfast was okay, inexpensive and fine, good for the price. The interior decor could use some work, it's in need of a renovation. We didn't get anything from the bakery but it must have been good, they were almost sold out of everything when we came in the late afternoon.
Excellent bakery. Bread smells amazing. Baked goods are amazing. The coffee was excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you are on your way past.

Great bakery great coffee. If you are at the ferry you must stop here. Try the organic home made bread on Saturdays. Fabulous date squares big enough for three or four.
Don't miss this bakery! Very friendly and excellent baked goods. The samosas were fantastic! Perfect spot while waiting for the ferry.
