The cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there and stared pointedly at me when I made my way over to the counter to order a milkshake and ice cream cone. The ice cream was good, though, and the shake was, too.

Love this place I've been here many times and had great ice cream!

The lady making me and my son's sandwichs had very poor customer service I will spend my money else where.

Easily one of my top ten worst experiences trying to purchase a sandwich. Very simple request of a meatball sub on white bread but with a layer of ham over the top. The girl quickly pointed out that this wasn't the meatball sub she knew how to make. I couldn't agree more yet this is how I would like it made. She then proceeded to tell me that she can only make me a meatball sub with only meatballs on it. I pointed out the double meat option and for my second meat that I would like ham added. She again proceeded to explain that's not how that works and she could only make a plain meatball sub. So I left and will not ever return. Fortunately for me there was a sub shop about another mile up the road in town I believe it was a Jreck subs. They were more than happy to make the sub I wanted and the next time I visit the Baldwinsville area and want a sub of my chosing I shall be going there again

All I can say is don't use credit or debit here, they steal your money
