Recent visits highlighted significant service issues, including unprofessional staff and long wait times, leaving patrons frustrated. Although some guests praised excellent food and attentive service, others encountered dismissive attitudes and incorrect orders. Price increases and changes to discount policies were also noted, affecting overall satisfaction. While a few loyal customers found merit in the kitchen's offerings, the overall impression remains mixed. For a place once cherished, it's vital to address these shortcomings to reclaim its former glory.

Literally was missing half of my order when ordering through delivery, saw a bone in my fish a jig for the first time … please avoid this friendly’s if you can please
A little pricey since I was there a few years ago. No senior discount because now they give you a free sundae if you order from their Happy Ending menu (which we didn’t)..not such a Happy Ending for us in the area; however the food was great; so five stars.
The service is terrible here and it's not even crowded. We came to eat and waited 20 minutes just to get our order taken. It took them forever to get our drinks to us. Don't come to this location! You will be frustrated for having received poor service. There is no one standing at the front to greet the customers. Hot mess Express!
Not a Friendly atmosphere
We were not greeted at the door. Server took a long time to get to us. Food wasnt that great and although our server was very nice, he whispered the entire time he took care of us.
