The charm of nostalgia often leads diners to familiar spots, but unfortunate realities persist when establishments close without notice. Recent visits highlighted significant service issues, including unprofessional staff and long wait times, leaving patrons frustrated. Although some guests praised excellent food and attentive service, others encountered dismissive attitudes and incorrect orders. Price increases and changes to discount policies were also noted, affecting overall satisfaction. While a few loyal customers found merit in the kitchen's offerings, the overall impression remains mixed. For a place once cherished, it's vital to address these shortcomings to reclaim its former glory.

I went here craving some nostalgic food, only to find that the restaurant no longer exists. The map hasn't been updated, and Friendly's website also reflects outdated information. It's frustrating that this location is still listed as open. I'm very disappointed. Please update all platforms to indicate that this location is closed.
I stopped by on Saturday, December 31, 2022, and it looks like the restaurant is closed. All the signs have been taken down. There was a notice on the door, but I didn’t get close enough to read it.
The prices were a bit higher compared to my last visit a few years ago. They don't offer a senior discount anymore, but instead, you receive a complimentary sundae if you order from their Happy Ending menu (which we didn’t do). It wasn’t quite a Happy Ending for us, but the food was excellent, so I’m giving it five stars.
Literally was missing half of my order when ordering through delivery, saw a bone in my fish a jig for the first time … please avoid this friendly’s if you can please
A little pricey since I was there a few years ago. No senior discount because now they give you a free sundae if you order from their Happy Ending menu (which we didn’t)..not such a Happy Ending for us in the area; however the food was great; so five stars.
