I get there... read more I ordered online, a bucket and 2 orders of the spicy wings. The app tells me it will be ready at 11:42am. I arrive and there's no one in the store. I get there and they want me to wait another 30 mins for the wings. I asked them why? They said because the worker who is outside is on his 30 minute lunch. There's 3 other workers in the store, they tell me that only he knows how to cook. Which makes me wonder what are the other 3 workers getting paid for? I ask for a refund and they say because I order online I have to request via the app.

I recall enjoying this chicken as a special treat during my childhood. Now I understand why we only had it on rare occasions; it's just so pricey. Twelve pieces of dark meat chicken cost us $19.99. I could bake two whole chickens for that price! The taste is still delightful, just like I remembered (MSG really does enhance everything). Overall, it was a lovely trip down memory lane, but for the sake of my wallet, I won't be returning.

They waited until my deli... read more This place deserves negative stars. I placed my online order around 9:00 PM, and they had the audacity to mark the order as completed. They waited until my delivery driver arrived at the restaurant to inform them that they were... wait for it... OUT OF CHICKEN. If that were true, they should have communicated in advance, closed the store, and marked all chicken items as out of stock. But no, they did nothing. This leads me to believe that the chicken shortage is due to the employees being too lazy to prepare more. To make matters worse, this isn't the first time this has happened. Without a doubt, this is the worst KFC in Los Angeles. Avoid this place at all costs!
