I live close to here and have passed this place several times thinking to myself, I'm going to try this out sometime. Well today was the day. I took my daughter and her friends for lunch. They had a buffet set up that was wonderful. Asked what kind of pizza we wanted when we got in the door. The wood fired brick oven makes all the difference in this pizza. The crust was light, airy and crispy all at the same time. Reminds me of what a good NY style pizza is. All the ingredients were all high quality and fresh. The salad bar was great too. All nice and fresh with good greens. I will have to say I will definitely be back many times. If you haven't tried this place you need to stop by. Excellent.!!!!!!!!!!
We got used to fire oven and specialty pies while living in New England, so it was an amazing surprise to find such a great pizza place in Baldwin when we moved here. The cheese sticks are my favorite thing on the menu, but I honestly haven't had one bad thing yet. My favorite spot in town!
This is some seriously good pizza! You don?t often find this high quality in a small town, but it?s worth a drive if you are anywhere in the area. Not a huge place, but big flavors and a unique menu of Neapolitan style pizza. Other specials too and even breakfast on Sundays.
Really delicious pizza. Everything is homemade and I mean everything. They also deliver to Edgerton and nobody else does. My only complaint is our toppings always slide right off. We've tried waiting to eat thinking it's too hot. Tried using a spatula. Just nothing works. So, maybe the crust is too thin to support the toppings or too much sauce or the dough might have been overstretched. I'm not sure. It's definitely not going to stop me because it's seriously good. Just wanted to mention it. Edit. We've had them a few times since and haven't had an issue with toppings sliding. We've also kept it at 2-3 toppings at the most. Delicious pizza.
Very delicious pizza, wood fire oven, neopolitan style, loved it! Very friendly people
