"I'm really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It seems like the owners are cutting corners everywhere; there was no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot and humid inside. The salsa was almost like a soup because it was so watered down, with no pieces of vegetables in it. The service was unprofessional, and I noticed some concerning hygiene issues—like the cheese sauce having a layer of tomato and something else on top. It's really unfortunate to see a place like this. They only had one employee working during the lunch rush."

My partner ordered a burrito with chicken and chorizo. Fortunately, they didn't include beans, or else his meal would have gone to waste. The chorizo was rubbery, and the chicken was burnt—not in a delicious crispy way, but burnt like overcooked carbohydrates. I've known the manager for some time, as he trains the staff, so I know this doesn't align with his standards. I hope he finds out about this situation and addresses it. I won't be ordering delivery from this location again, but I will continue to dine in and pick up my food.

The food was enjoyable, but the service was somewhat lacking. The staff appeared distracted and a bit disorganized. Some ingredients were missing from my order. Additionally, I found the ordering app to be quite glitchy; it didn't process my order until it was fully loaded. It's best to place orders while the app is still loading.

This store does what it should do, make Mexican food in Australia; you should probably get a burrito or nachos.
