To our great regret, the spiders who have chosen to live above our plates are better served than we have been. What more pleasant than receiving a dry meat for one and a cold fish for the others from a whistling server in the ears of its customers? Always accompanied by a heavy joke and a disdainful look to those who don't care. Obviously, this restaurant doesn't answer its reputation, it's a shame View all feedback.
Very beautiful hotel with great services. The staff is very friendly and responsive when there is a problem. I recommend.
We spent a very good time for Christmas parties. Hotel/restaurant well equipped, and team at the top.
Disappointed. Small room in a building in front of the rest, very soft bedding, you do not have to look under the bed and cherry on the cake, brushing disgusting toilets...It makes you want to shower next!!!!! Small Spa, you have to change in a glass cabin that doesn't close and whose handle is... a hole in the glass. Practical to be quiet!!! No lockers that close, 8 long chairs for the whole hotel, squatte by...imply towels because people keep them. Even though the restaurant is extremely noisy but at the end of the service, the waitress counts on the towels and covered with an erect table! Not very hygienic... very hearty breakfast. Anyway, dear for what it is!!
Excellent establishment, hotel as a restaurant. The staff is courteous, smiling and professional. The hotel is warm while being modern and the kitchen is succulent. A very good step in Alsace.
We live about 400km from the restaurant but as soon as we get to the area we make a stop to eat the fried carp. A treat and always welcome. We highly recommend.
