Tried this place, it was worth the hype! Kids get to spend time in play area (it could have more lights though). But tenderness of chicken flavors of Chick-fil-a sauce were just perfect to your tastebuds. Kids meal was a bang (includes some toy as well). Will come back again with family. They missed a burger while serving my order, had to remind them /verify to get it back tables could be cleaned when customer leaves, these were few trivial issues that I faced. Ordered food on app, they ran out of Mac and cheese, they did not give us the sauces that we ordered and no cheese sauce, really disappointed because this is the second time specifically from balconies location this has happened. One of the best Chick Fil A locations in San Antonio as they seem to be more consistent overall. They made my order correctly and everything was freshly made and it wasn’t lukewarm or cold. The hash browns were delicious as were the sausage egg and cheese muffin and spicy chicken biscuit I got with cheese. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
