Sonic Drive-in - Balch Springs

I've been here a few times and never had any issues, but the other day I ordered chicken strips and they were overcooked and hard. Even the girl that bagged it looked at them weird knowing they were overdone. It was a little busy but I know it could have been better.

I always come here and get good service but when I walk in this morning I said good morning and ask the lady excuse me miss are y’all open she look at me with a mad face an said No so I smiled and ask how many minutes until you guys open she said 5 minutes with and attitude I usually get the other lady who is nicer but this one i really do pray she gets some joy in her life God bless ??

My boyfriend and I work nights and there’s times we don’t have time to cook before heading to the ER and we order on the mobile app. We put our order in like 2 min ahead and it’s done in 5 and they remember us and have everything ready. Food is always fresh amazing, they never forget sauce, and they are always pleasant! Makes for a great start to our long night!Dietary restrictions: Great options
