He promised more for the show, but... One of the dishes is Pig in marinade : roasted knuckles, purple cabbage with apples, sweet potatoes The knuckles were not crispy, moreover, they were lukewarm, mostly fat, and the purple cabbage was completely sugared. The other dish is Böller 's favorite : ribs marinated in home made spices, with potatoes with crushed onions The meat is also not fresh, instead it is so garlicky that it hurts, and the crushed potatoes contain giant cubes of potatoes. Sorry, but a huge disappointment!
