What Peter Holdgrün doesn't like about Rózsakert Étterem Rosengarten:
Food was good. Service was average. Unfortunately no one cared that we had had empty glasses for 20 minutes. But it was still within limits. However, the hammer came with the bill. A children's plate that was advertised at €5.80 became €9.20 thanks to side dishes such as fries, ketchup and mayo. I can get that much cheaper in Germany. I had zander, which cost €10.50. Nice place, impeccable service as if you were their guest, lots of attention, kindness and hospitality, like it used to be and great food. Májgombóc leves (dumplings with liver in broth), Milanese cutlet, Viennese cutlet and chicken cutlet, palacsinta with apricot jam and cocoa: all delicious, with very honest prices. The owner is a gentleman, as are all the staff and very kind.
