Both the flame and the pancakes are delicious! We went there all summer. The lady serving was always smiling and polite. Unfortunately, the end of the season didn 't work out that way. It was known in advance that there would be a heatwave for the weekend of August 26-27, so there were a lot of people on the beach. As a surprise on Sunday, the flamethrower was no longer open.
