I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! We were pressed for time and asked the staff if we could quickly receive and enjoy the meat platter for two within our limited schedule. Everything was excellent; we were served promptly, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. What Ildikó Tordainé Koczka doesn't like about Platán Étterem:
This place was a pleasant surprise for me last year. This year, unfortunately, the quality of the food and the level of service have deteriorated. On two occasions they both forgot to bring cutlery. At the end of the meal, out of the two occasions, we were only asked once if we would like coffee or dessert. Unfortunately, prices are inversely proportional to service and quality.
