Overall, The Grill at St. Regis offers a unique dining experience, with a diverse menu and attentive service that may warrant a second visit for those willing to give it another chance.
I was here a few times and when I come, juan usually takes care of me. excellent service, friendly and he always knows what to recommend. I ordered outside and had the whip. it was delicious! many thanks for having this amazing experience juan!
Now called the burger bar, this is really just a place for parents to take their children in a high-end hotel so they can get some comfort. I ordered the higher endbeef and got something that was a little less interesting than burger flick. with a few diet pepsis the bill was about $40. mmmhmmm. $40.
The ambiente is dark and subtle, the music is coupled in and sounds like melodies from the 70s and otherwise not describing, the waiting staff is very courteous and extremely friendly. eating needs a serious cpr. the Butternuss quash soup lacks every taste and the pumpkin seeds are not roasted enough and are more distracting than pleasant. a little sherry and a little salt would revive it. the fruit tomato and burrata salat was a lack of the truffle had no taste. they get the bases right, but the finishing touches are missing. The braided short rib-emphadas are too oily. they need more sauce. the meat is tender. the crab cakes are the star of the show. ask for extra sosty and other yellow pfeffer strips. they are not hot paprika, but they only add the correct amount of crispy and taste. the truffle polnta is more of a mushroom polnta. is already good. the garnelen linguine was good. the pasta was delicious and the garnels were overcooked. dessert was delicious. recommend the valhrona chocolate cake and the bourbon bombe
Funny that they responded so quickly to a public-law review. my mother sent them a message about opentable after our dinner and asked for an answer, but nobody bothered. I can only interpret this answer as inconspicuous.
Thank k you so much to Victoria, Ion and Kurt along with everyone else that made our week so special. Every person here loves their job! It’s so refreshing!! And of course the hotel is beautiful. This is my second trip and I’m already looking forward to next year!
