The chef is pure genius (and is running out of space for her Michellin stars). I love to see the owner and chef hands-on. They even bus the tables and sweep! So unassuming. It is evidence of their passion for their patrons.

The sun of repsol is more than deserved. a small gem of Basque gastronomy. excellent raw material and a high-rise kitchen. exquisite tksangurro, richysmos tomatoes, confectioned peppers and a perfect bass. that the outside of letter will offer you by pointing out weights and prices proves honesty and more in times when many are to see how they clumn you. We arrived without reservation and offered us a very pleasant corner. a very close and friendly treatment and great professionals. managed by two sisters who have sucked the family business and polished it with work and effort. to repeat and recommend.
