Luckily I was... read more I grew up practically in this truck stop caffe and a few years ago it seemed as if it had changed. as if someone tried to embody it or something. Luckily I was there yesterday and the dings are right again! to honor my mother I got a ham-N-cheese omelet with cookies and gravy and it was perfect! I almost want to go there the week, just because it makes my heart happy old school typical truck stop diner tariff at a great price and huge portions! they were always famous for their biscuits and gravy and their 1000 island dressing. go here and show them the love and command everything because they are good!

The breakfast and servi... read more We were stranded in Bakersfield due to the freeway closure and looking for a great place to eat. Checking out the area we found Zingo's. The breakfast and service was great. And the portions were generous. Being a car guy, it was great seeing the Automotive and drag racing memorabilia.
