Some diners were disappointed with the quality of certain dishes, such as the chicken alla carbonara, while others praised it as the best Italian food they've ever had. The service, particularly from server Penelope, was highlighted as exceptional by some patrons. The restaurant is described as small but with amazing food, family-friendly atmosphere, and a cozy setting. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, although the crowded space and noisy ambiance during peak hours may deter some patrons. Overall, Uricchio's Trattoria is a popular spot in Bakersfield with a loyal following and a focus on providing excellent Italian cuisine and service.
Great food and great staff! They were under occupation, but still very attentive and friendly. The owner was a treasure and greeted us with open arms!
One of the best places I've been densing since the NY move, as some of their dishes come very close to mimic some dishes served there. Delicious Calamari (if served) and shrimp scampi. Great food and friendly, friendly and attentive staff.
Expects better quality Italian food. Was disappointed by my chicken alla carbonara, it was bland, texture of noodles was not the best, the chicken was not tender! Missing taste overall. 2 stars only for their lasagña that didn't look delicious but was delicious. We ordered 2 different desserts that we do not enjoy at all. Don't think I'm coming back.
Situated in the heart of Bakersfield, this little jewel will take you to the streets of Italy. Food: You have options from perfectly boiled seafood to eggplant parmesan! The eggplant was baked and a little muddy, but this is a really hard nail and I am very critical. Enjoy! Our whole party was happy with the portions. Nothing essential has negatively affected food testing. Service: Friendly, communicative and not transmitted. Place: Crowded. It was popular enough that they only accept reservations and come and go a constant for people. Now imagine that with tables that are just far enough away from each other, that the customers were trying to shabble behind the guests.... Bathroom: After walking at the checkout in the back, 3 doors, through the kitchen, through another shop and in the parking garage... Then you finally found the badly maintained bathroom.
Great food, personable staff! A little on the expensive side, but the portion size and taste is comparable to another of my favorite Italian restaurant. I had the Baked Lasagna Bolognese: absolutely great! Try their garlic cheese bread too!
