Tutti Frutti Gosford Frozen Yogurt

The frozen yogurt selection and variety of toppings were impressive, but the owner's behavior made me uncomfortable. He constantly followed us around, offered hand sanitizer as he approached the yogurt machines, and then personally served us the toppings. It felt stifling. Given this experience, I won’t be returning.

At first glance, the place appears old and a bit rundown. When I arrived, there was no one at the front, which is understandable given that there are other tasks to attend to. I finished making my cup and waited what felt like two minutes, though it was probably less. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but...

Let me start by saying that I love Tutti Frutti! I've been to several of their locations, but this one is by far the worst. The trash cans inside were completely full, with one even overflowing. There were sample cups and toppings scattered all over the floor. The toppings area was a complete mess. The frozen yogurt station was disorganized, with tubs full of melting yogurt. I was genuinely shocked by the state of things. When I asked the young woman at the register if she was the only one working, she told me there was someone in the back. Well, that person needs to come out front and help clean up. It was quite a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we won't be returning to this location.

Love the peanut butter frozen yogurt but don’t love when they mix up the yogurt and I end up with nasty banana yogurt. When I called to tell them they had the wrong yogurt they weren’t even apologetic about it was the worst part.

Since the first opening we have come to this place! it's a rarer thing when I'm honest, but I didn't have a problem in all my years. sometimes they lack hits, sometimes not. so or so, good frozen yogurt.
