Taqueria Los Altos - Bakersfield

I love this place I didn't have long and I recently started to go again. I had a pozole on the other day and it was fired and today I had a chile reñeno and it was absolutely delicious. her customer service is great. love how they put the outside tables and decorated with the authentic Mexican style looks really beautiful. it's always busy here, but it doesn't take long to get the food I always preorder.

Great pastor tacos. the journey of fresno worth. piña is very good and I enjoy when the salsa has a very good kick. I'm pulling my pieces now. I can't wait to go back.

This food was really so bombed. service was also great. the Taco salad was mouthwater. I ate everything.

Service was good, the chips were a bit stale the portions are generous and taste is authentic Mexican cuisine.

Went in with my sister and kids to eat. I arrived after my sister, as soon as I arrived I sat down with them and the waitress came and with an attitude asked us if we were ready. Chips were stale! And after like 20 minutes she returned and again had a nasty attitude and as we are ordering she was rushing us, when we got the food instead of her helping us by placing it for us on the table since we had kids and we’re trying to move everything she was just hovering over us almost felt rushed, I noticed the ketchup bottle was almost empty and wasn’t giving me any ketchup, then I got us to ask for more and the other lady, gave me anotherr empty bottle the moment we would ask for something they would hand it to us and they would go straight to the back, so I had to yell again for them to give me a new ketchup bottle so the girl just hands me like 5 packets like okay girl we have like three orders of fries. Horrible horrible service!!! Very disappointed of what this place has become!!
