While on a road trip, I spotted the familiar Subway sign and decided to take a break for dinner and to stretch my legs. The staff provided exceptional service and the food was prepared perfectly. I would certainly stop by again if I'm in the area. I hope all Subway locations have staff as friendly and professional as those here. The restrooms were impressively clean as well.

This Subway location opens early and features a drive-through option. It's conveniently situated near the Highway 58 on and off ramp. I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the flatbread with black forest ham and eggs. They warmed it up, added some fresh vegetables, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly, and both the restaurant and the restroom were exceptionally clean.

The customer service at this Subway was exceptional. The staff were quick and wonderfully friendly. The double chicken salad I had was the best I’ve ever tasted, and they even provided vinegar and oil on the side. I will definitely return.

I usually love coming to this Subway because the customer service is great, but tonight was different. When I walked in, I was the only one in line, yet Kennedy was busy switching out veggies and didn’t acknowledge me for at least five minutes. There was no greeting or anything like "I’ll be with you shortly." When she finally asked for my order, I told her I needed four footlong subs, and she sighed like it was a bother. When I asked for shredded cheese, she said they don’t put shredded cheese on their sandwiches. I mentioned that I come here all the time and have never been told that before. I tried to check her name tag, but it was hard to read. Kennedy had to go get the shredded cheese, but when she returned, her name tag was missing. Shortly after, a regular customer came in, and she was friendly to him, even responding to him by name—so that’s how I learned her name. I understand everyone can have an off day, but if you work in customer service, it’s important to improve on that.

I used to love this location. However it?s displaces to say if you have an issue with your order, and call to correct tough luck. They don?t pick up the phone. Making you feel sort of snubbed and unsatisfied. Having no choice to either not eat, take oradd things to your sandwich. I wish this location can go back to the customer service they used to have, or at least pick up thephone.
