Feel mixed about this place. It used to be great. Now, it's average. The taste is standard Starbucks. It's usually clean, not always...buy not ever very messy. The staff is average, as compared to other Stars. I come in about twice a month. This place is off Hwy 99, so this could be the reason for the difference between less attened Stars. Will continue to come to this location. View all feedback.
What Jayne Brennan doesn't like about Starbucks:
Cars in long line and by the time I got to the drive-thru window, my hot coffee became cool, already! And this business hours show in the app “ until 11 pm” but in-store already closed at 8 pm. I wanted to go pick up from inside the store. Accurate hours for both drive-in and in-store or lobby hours should be posted on the app. View all feedback.
My favorite is the toasted white chocolate mocha, they nail it everytime
I love this restaurant. It has great line of menu items with wonderful choices of meals. What k found is that the restaurant needs to keep the dishes and utensils clean, and to bring back the pan fried chicken. This was my favorite dish but they took it out. Now I think twice before going here.
I order online and rarely ill order at the cash register inside but either way I've always be happy with my order and the time it took to get it.
No matter at what time of the day I go, they ALWAYS take a long time to give me the food. Tried inside and drive thru and it's literally the same thing. Not sure if they are always short handed or employees just need more training, but I don't recall one good waiting experience.
They were talking super fast while taking our order, and they did not repeat back the order. They also didn?t have the order showing at the drive thru screen, so we couldn?t confirm. Our drinks were made completely wrong, and they didn?t put an effort to mix our iced coffee. I?m not one to complain, but I?d like to be satisfied with my drink if I?m paying nearly $8? I get it, miscommunications happen. What bothered me is that the employee who handed us our drink at the window was clearly irritated at the fact we wanted our drink corrected. He gave us attitude and made it obvious that our request was inconvenient to him. It?s not so much about the issue we had but how the situation was handled.
