Nice place but when the music starts inside at 7 p.m., it's too loud to eat and converse.

Overall everyone is nice. Had reservation seated right away. Kinda cold atmosphere but we have been before so no surprise. Hamburgers were great, fries a little warm not hot but tasty. Drink service before dinner was prompt and kept water glasses full which we appreciated. Will return with same expectations.

Very disappointed with the manager, Hannah, at this restaurant. I was part of a large group that had a reservation, but when we arrived, there was no table prepared for us. We had a confirmation email with the correct number of guests and the back room reserved. Rather than be helpful to the 20 of us waiting, the manager, Hannah, was rude. After about 30 minutes, she pushed tables together for us (even though we reserved the back room, and it was empty?‍ . She even went so far as to say, “this is the best I can do for you, and you can keep looking at me like that all you want, but it won’t change anything.” ? I couldn’t believe it. Our waiter, Temo, was very helpful and also seemed upset at the lack of preparation for our party. He worked very hard to make our experience turn out positive. The food was also very good. It’s a shame that a manager almost ruined the whole event, and I know we will be leery of returning anytime soon.

Super cool place, huge portions, we definitely could've shared. This place would be great for lunch or a bigger get together like a baby shower. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

I thought it was a strange welcome by the Hostess” are you looking for someone” I booked my reservation through OpenTable. I was visiting/working through Bakersfield and the reviews sounded good. I ordered a ribeye with vegetables and Risotto. First, that was not risotto, way too watery. Either my steak was tough or the knife was dull or both. I paid my bill and left. Understanding that it is a family restaurant, not at any time should young children be allowed to play tag and run around the tables. Dangerous. As a chef, I was very disappointed with the meal and it was harsh to enjoy the music with the kids running around my table.
