Rock Wings - Bakersfield
Rock Wings
Description
Rockin' Wings presents a mixed dining experience where high prices overshadow the generally decent food quality. Diners report exorbitant costs for basic meals—such as $31.95 for a simple chicken tender combo—while service varies greatly, with some praising attentive staff and others citing slow responses. The atmosphere garners compliments, especially during live music events, but issues like excessive noise and disorganization have been noted. Despite some positive interactions, many patrons feel that the establishment prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, leaving them reluctant to return. Overall, Rockin' Wings teeters between potential and disappointment, raising doubts about its management priorities.

Really recommend! I ordered salad and Boneless wings. OMG! The boneless wings were wing madness the chicken breast was soft and it actually more chicken than it was breaded. My husband ordered a Massive Burger. The quality of the food was great and Our server Maria was wonderful.
Last night a few local band was playing. On the phone with the artist he asked for us to comin play a set. Once we got there an employee told us we couldn't stand we had to sit. Like the house ain't packed. Then told us it would be a 45min wait for a seat. That we couldn't stand in the club we had to do it outside. Mind you it's 40 outside in bakersfield ca. I just like to say yall trash. Turning away there personal people. I hope this business get it together.
This review is for the Eastside location. But it also fits the White Lane location and their slow service on our last visit. We went to the Eastside Monday night and had their .95 cent wing special. I got a 10pc, wifey got a salad, my daughter got a 10 pc. And my son got a burger.1 order of onion rings and 1 order of fries, 1 tall draft beer and 3 sodas. $101 later and $14 on iTunes credit, the service could be the deciding factor.Their bar had plenty of people sitting at it, so of course they're making money on drinks. There was maybe 15-20 other people scattered around dining area. Not too busy, but for one server she was all over the place.Or so we thought when we could see her talking to a supervisor or manager. Whom I asked for Tabasco sauce and he said let me check. But never brought it or even an answer of we don't got it.I did finish my wings and we took our leftovers with us. Actually we gave it to a homeless guy outside and he was thankful and began eating them as we were getting into our car.I will not be returning to the Eastside or White Lane location in the future. I think the owners have other priorities instead of this business and it seems they don't care enough to hire good managers that will operate their establishment with customer service and satisfaction as their main priority. out Rock Wings.
