We love Mongolian beef because we can say whether it is fine and skillfully prepared. Quality Mongolian beef is prepared with finely cut steak, not special trims with pastry silk. We ordered the Mongolian beef as part of our culinary delights. The beef was flank steak so delicious and delicate. The source was right to cover the beef and ingredients.
