I don?t like going into the Stockdale Hwy location because on a number of occasions I have found the counter workers to be rude. I usually bypass them these days by ordering on the app. Today I ordered 4 items and after gettingto work, I opened the bag to find 2 of the 4 items incorrect. My receipt shows I ordered correctly. If you can?t order onlinebecause the employees apparently can?t read and they are rude when you order in store, I guess that means I?m not returning tothis chain.

The problem is that in two sequential visits, there were problems with our orders. On both occasions, I had ordered online for the food to be brought out to your car. Thefirst visit, about a month back, the tried several times to let the staff know that I was waiting outside, both by using theemail app, ?I?m here? button, and by calling. My calls were never answered, and so I had to walk in and wait to speak with amanager. The manager checked and could not find our order and so I had to wait the extra ten minutes for my order to be made,which was now 25 minutes after the time it should have been brought out to me. Then today (July 31, 2022), I also orderedonline for pick up at my vehicle to avoid moving my sore back, and again, when we arrived and I hit the ?I?m here? button on myemail app, no one responded. And again, I had to call into the store. This time someone answered. However, upon checking myorder, they found that the slip was received by them in the store, but never printed and brought to the kitchen for preparation. So, again, I had to wait 25 minutes until after my 4:45pm order to receive our food, making it 5:10pm when I finally had thebags in my hand. This location is somehow not getting the oversight it needs to provide what the restaurant offers it?scustomers who are ordering online. Something needs to be done.

Also my... read more Everyone got a you pick two which is any half sandwich and or soup/salad. I also appreciate the side of chips, apples or baguette! Very tasty and fresh. Also my dad got a free pastry for his points, their loyalty points is worth it. They have somany delicious options out there. Definitely a place to check out and to keep coming back to try more things on the menu!

The chicken piec... read more I really enjoy Panera, but this one came up way short. I ordered the half ?chicken take? sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was terrible. The chicken piece was tiny and didn?t come close to covering the disappointingly dry bun. I wish I tooka photo of it because it was a major disappointment to Panera?s normally decent quality. The sandwich was worth a 1-2 starreview. The side salad was the Asian salad and it was the one redeeming part of the meal. The salad was quite good and worthyof 4 stars. The prices shocked me. Somehow my $12 sandwich/salad plus an iced tea cost me $20. I was with a guest so I didn?twant to make a big deal out of it, but this meal was not worth even $10-12 total. I?ll continue to go to Panera, but will avoidthis specific store in the future.

Sometimes they don?t have the drinks ready for customers like they don?t always have iced coffee ready in my mornings sometimes they dosometimes they dont. they sometimes have brown raw sugar and sometimes they dont? they sometimes have stuff and it kinda sucks. I get weird vibes from some managers because I do go there everyday and sometimes I don?t order food I just enjoy my unlimitedsip club drink ???? it?s like dude why have the unlimited sip club if your going to act weird lol . Anyways I still enjoy cominghere their employees are very nice great atmosphere.
