Very good experience! I ordered the mixed seafood noodle plate along with a side of fried noodles. I finished the dumplings, and they were fantastic. The vegetable seafood noodles were delightful as well, and they tasted even better cold for lunch the next day. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and they truly deserve their accolades. What User doesn't like about New Saigon:
Tried to place an order via phone today as I always have for the last 3 yrs. The owner refused to take my because people have ordered and not picked up food. I told him I always have pick up my food and have always enjoyed every plate. He simply refused and hung up on me. So sad View all feedback.
This place has the best pho in bakersfield. I was at several places throughout the city, but this is the best hands down. the staff is very friendly and the prices are very good. I come to 100% all who like a good plate of pho.
This place is go to for pho and spring rolls, my all time favorite!!! And the service is always super nice!
Amazing food and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.
The pho was really good, though I did not care for the meatball or tripe, but the beef was very tender. Very reasonably priced. The service was a tad slow getting our check, but despite that I'd go again.
Delicious choices, beautiful ambiance friendly service …. I hold the 5th star as these wall at booths need daily cleaning
