Long John Silver's - Bakersfield

The food is always delicious and the customer service is on point, especially from the employee at the drive-thru! He is extremely friendly!

Some of the staff were friendly, but they did not inform us about any potential discounts or promotions to thank us for our patronage. As someone who has worked in customer service for 40 years, I understand the importance of keeping customers happy and providing excellent service. Wow, I really enjoyed going the extra mile for my clients.

If you enjoy fish and chips, this restaurant will not disappoint. While it may not be the absolute best place for fish and chips, it is certainly not the worst either. Just keep in mind that it is a quick dining experience.

Are used to long john silver it was a pretty good restaurant with very good eating, but the long john silver on ming avenue in bakersfield customer service they are totally sucking they are very rude and they act as if they were not there and it shows very disappointed

I decided to get a shot from my childhood at LJS today. I got the 2 fish combo with fries, hushpuppies and slaw. The food was delicious and the service was great. My only complaint would be that when I walked in I was the only customer and there were like 5 tables with trash or dried sauce still on them. Do recommend.
