Little Caesars Pizza - Bakersfield

Love this pizza and location so close to home, but they never have any hot and ready pizzas and your portal is never in there on time. They have friendly service, but need more help to attend customers and make more pizzas to better service our community quickly

What a terrible store. The phone never gets answered, one time when someone did pick up he said yeah.... Seriously? The people making the pizza can't seem to follow basic instructions. Where is the manager in this place?

Went in no other customers, told my order would be 5 min. 17 min later and 6 pizzas ordered and given out after mine should have been done I am refused a refund and told the best they can do is give me extra sauce. Because the guy that took my order marked it as already gone. Meanwhile what should have been my pizza was given to another customer who the worker fistbumped and said have a good one bro. Clearly they know each other so I?m going to assume in order to cut the guy ahead in line mine was the marked incorrectly and blamed on the employee who is no longer in the building. They still have my money and I will never return to that disaster of a store again. Also two of the male employees in the back cussing at each other in earshot of the customers.

First time going to that little Caesar?s location. Pizza was so DRY and STALE. Very disappointed!..

Food is ok. Service is slow but what is most bothersome is that they are ALWAYS LATE completing online orders. They have taken up to 30 minutes past the completed time given.
